Winnie earned an Bachelor's Degree in Business specializing in Human Resource Management and a Master's Degree in Business, both from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale Florida.

Hobbies include gardening, traveling, decorating, entertaining, nature walks, music, sightseeing, movies, cooking, reading, visiting museums and cultural centers, plays and ocean walks.
