Before becoming an Agent in 2021, I previously worked for a local tenured American Family agent in the Kansas City area. During my tenure there, I was able to learn the ropes as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative, before running a second location as an Agency Branch Manager. My goal is helping customers find a policy designed with them in mind.
