Erica has worked for the agency for over 17 years and she enjoys the long term relationships she has with many of our clients. She enjoys helping customers find solutions for all of their insurance needs. In her spare time she loves to travel with her husband, read, and spend time with her rescue dog, Lily the Pug.

Lupe Clouse is the office manager here at the Greg Clouse Agency and has been a part of the team for over 25 years. Lupe can assist customers with all their insurance needs. Lupe is fluent in Spanish and enjoys providing sales and service to our Spanish speaking customers. Lupe is Greg’s wife and together they enjoy spending time with their children and their grandchildren.

Jon Heimstra is the life sales specialist here at the agency. Jon has over 21 years of experience in life insurance and financial matters to help our clients plan for their future needs. Jon previously worked in wholesale life and financial planning. He also volunteered for 6 years for a nonprofit agency. When he is not working with our customers, Jon enjoys spending time with his rescue dog.

Karmen Moore is the customer service specialist here at the Greg Clouse Agency. She is a long-time resident of Parkville and enjoys making sure her friends and neighbors get the customer service they expect from a small-town insurance agency. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her kids and family and in the outdoors.
