Jenn spent 6 years in the mortgage industry prior to joining our team. While you never stop learning, she has developed her insurance industry knowledge over the last 2 years with the Heather Epperly Agency. She is dedicated to serving American Family’s clients and the community. Jenn has lived in Scappoose since moving to Oregon in 2015. Joann is the Customer Service Rep. for our office. She brings 31 years of customer focused service and acceptance to our team. She, her husband, and children have lived in the Scappoose area for the past 19 years. Joann Truly enjoys providing our customers with the exceptional service they deserve.

Betsy brings 27 years of customer service driven experience to our team. A lifelong resident of Scappoose, in fact, the 5th generation of her family here. While Betsy’s focus is primarily on social media, ads and community events as well as to ensure our clients know how much we appreciate them, she is also licensed for property and casualty. She continues to build her insurance knowledge.
